I am an Assistant Professor at Columbia University Medical Center and Licensed Psychologist. I got my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Yale University; my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Duke University; and did my Clinical and Postdoctoral training at Columbia University Medical Center.

I am funded by institutions like the National Institute for Mental Health (NIMH), Duke University, and Columbia University. I publish regularly and speak often at conferences, trainings, and with communities.

Across my research and clinical work, my goal is to help others build on their own strengths to improve mental health.
